I am running the 2012 London Marathon in aid of London Youth – a children's charity in London which specialises in giving local children sports-based opportunities.

My training currently consists of running to/from work most days and dragging my friends/colleagues to evening gym sessions whenever I can.

I last "ran" the London Marathon back in 2009 (more accurately hobbled the last half with a hip injury which had me on crutches for months afterwards). My aim this time is to just be able to walk unaided to the pub afterwards (hopefully beating my previous time in the process)!

Please show your support by digging deep into your pocket!

Anyone who would like to join me on training runs/gym sessions are also very welcome!
