I'm running again this year. My twelfth year in a row for Matthew's Friends - the charity who fund ketogenic diet research for children with epilepsy around the UK and provide invaluable support to parents via a 24 hour helpline and a great website  www.matthewsfriends.org.

I've now run over 1000 Km for Matthew's Friends, including 13 competitive races in the past in the UK London, Bristol, Bath and Taunton. I've now moved to  Australia where I have run in Alice Springs and am currently deciding on my next run. You can choose to give either per Km or per mile or as a one off.

Matthew's Friends are now also in Australia! The Matthews Friends Keto College Australia is being held in Melbourne on 30th & 31st March 2017. Bookings are open to medical professionals: doctors, dietitians, nurses interested or involved in the management of ketogenic therapy patients, for epilepsy, Glut1 and other neurological disorders.
