I DID IT!!!
I can hardly believe it but I managed to run the whole way and crossed the finish line in 3hrs 32 mins (beat Gordon Ramsay!). The picture above was taken at 11 miles and I can assure you, 10 miles further on and it was all I could do to put one leg in front of the other. The whole experience was utterly incredible and I shall be giving everyone who sponsored me a detailed account of the day shortly.
So, THANK YOU to all who have given so generously and to those who would still like to... there is still time!
I am raising money for Macmillan Cancer Support. They have been enormously supportive to not only my family but close friends who have been effected by cancer one way or another.
