The Luke Cambell Challenge 2015 will take place on the 8th - 15th August 2015. The Challenge will be to walk the 125 mile  Anglesey Coastal path. 

This challenge has been set up in honour of Luke Campbell.  Luke was born with a heart condition in 2011, that he has battled everyday of his life.  In 2014 his family were given the sad news that no more could be done for Luke and he was placed on Palliative Care.  Throughout this terrible time Luke and his family have been supported by Claire House Children’s Hospice.  You can find out more on Claire House here http://www.claire-house.org.uk/.
