My story
Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.
My race number is 10281....
I always thought that I wouldn't be mad enough to do a marathon, but I've proved myself wrong! After watching last years London Marathon in complete comfort, I said to myself "I'd like to do that". So I applied through the ballot expecting that it would take 2-3 years to get in, and then in October I found out I'd got in first time!
I've decided to raise money for the NSPCC partly because my children wanted me to, but also because they do such important work, such as running Child Line. Also my company, QinetiQ, will double the first £500 I raise.
Do feel free to sit back, relax and enjoy watching the run whilst I amongst others put ourselves through hell ;-)
