My mum had MS and I can say first hand that the people affected by this, their careers, and families need all the help they can get.

I got a place  on the Great North Run this year at the last minute, I've done sod all training but I've done this before a number of times. As you can see.

Many thanks for all the donations, I made it in a pretty poor time of 2:40, I got a cramp at 4 miles and needed to stretch it out. Legs are just about recovered now (2/10/7)
