My personal message:

So we've now done it! The Text 100 and Next Fifteen Team turned out on a sunny Sunday morning in Chiswick, London. 10 miles of flat running along the Thames culminated in tired but happy bodies falling across the line. Times varied from around 1 hour 20 minutes to over 3 hours. Everyone finished the race; everyone excelled themselves!

We do not yet have a final total but we believe that the Charity will receive in excess of £16,000 which I think is awesome.

And for those who sponsored me, you'll be pleased/amazed to learn that I did the run in 1 hour 43 minutes. The body was ok although a few days later the knees did give out.

So again, many thanks for your support.
