Motor Neurone Disease moves fast. It takes away time, it takes away independence and it has no cure. Every day we support people affected by MND. We fund ground-breaking research. We campaign for better care. We’re here for everyone who needs us. Because with MND, every day matters.

Story

It came from a moment of madness . Mentioning I fancied cycling Lands End to John O'Groats at Neil and Sarahs house and Phil ringing me next morning at rugby saying he was up for it . The plan well the idea is to cycle 1000 miles over 10 days from Lands End to John O'Groats ! The routes sort of decided but there is no accomodation booked we barely have a plan A but be sure there is no plan B (thanks Donald for letting me use the phrase) . It is a long way Phil and are both wrong side of forty and hardly performace atheletes. The idea is to get on our bikes and pedal . I intend to raise some cash for the Motor Neurone Disease association. I am going to be blogging, twittering, and facebooking as we go. watch the custom blog at http://momlejog.blogspot.com// so if you got any spare cash please make a donation Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.
