Hello Everyone

I successfully ran the Edinburgh Marathon this year on Sunday 31st May 2009 in order to raise money for The Multiple Sclerosis Research and Relief Fund.  Exhausted but satisfied, I managed to complete the distance in 4hrs 14mins and 56 secs.
