Thanks for visiting my fundraising page

I am competing in the UK Ironman in Bolton at the start of August.  The event will see me swimming 2.4 miles, cycling 112 miles and then to finish, running 26.2 miles which is a full marathon all to raise much needed funds for Scope. 

I am a IRONMAN - finished the tough UK Ironman - in Bolton 2nd Aug 2009.

Time 14 hrs 47 mins and 47 secs - with 3 punctures and a 4 hrs 27 min marathon !
