Colleagues and Friends

As some of you are aware I am running the 2008 Flora London Marathon, on the 13th April. I will be raising money for The Prostate Cancer Charity. I would really appreciate your support for this cause, prostate cancer affects all age groups of adult males and can be devastating.

The main picture is the Trentham10 mile road race (2007) which I completed in 83:03 minutes and the inset picture is this year’s Stafford half marathon, which I completed in a gun time 01:49:45 and chip time 01:48:55. My target for London is 03:45.
