We have  picked up our running shoes again, this time to raise money for the Bone Cancer Research Trust.  The Royal Parks half marathon is our challenge.  If our cousin can endure intensive chemotherapy and an amputation, and remain so strong and upbeat, we're bloody sure we can do a bit of running.

This is all for a very worthy cause, and for a less well funded charity.
