Hi Everyone,

Hope you can help me support the PSP Association; their work enabled me to support my father in law 'H', as he suffered with PSP, over the last 10 years. Sadly 'H' died in August so I'll be running the London Marathon in his memory. My goals are to finish in under 4 hours and raise £500; both will take some doing but with your help and support I'm sure I'll achieve them!

Well almost managed both targets. Had an excellent run and finished in 4hrs and 8mins without any stops! Thanks to all those who have sponsored me already; I'm only £5 away from reaching my second target. So...if you haven't sponsored me already don't worry there's still time to help me get there.
