Dear All

Me and the team are back from my much harped on about New York Marathon trip. I can confirm that I completed it in four hours & forty five minutes. Due to an unforseen injury, I did struggle the last few miles, taking longer than anticipated.

I would recommend that anyone, who is at all able, to take part in in this feat should, as it is a mind blowing experiance, which I could only describe as a five hour acid trip.

I did take the time before I left to see what the money is spent on. As well as doing good stuff in the UK, the charity, Get Kids Going has supplied a young local chap with a basketball chair, enabling him to take part in sport with others.

With your generosity we have raised over five grand towards this great cause, so thank you very much for your support
