When on the trek we will be walking approximately 17km a day up steep inclines on and off the wall with porters setting up camp every night and carrying our heavier kit onto the next village.

Having already lost 45 pounds in weight since signing up for the trek in March 2009 I continue to walk a minimum five miles a night or when the weather is grim spend time in the gym improving my fitness levels.

Please note that a donation of £20 provides an aromatherapy or massage session for a cancer patient which will help reduce anxiety and relieve pain and sickness.
