Well its come round again....i'm off to the Toon again in the autumn to take the annual stroll from the central motorway through Gateshead and on to the coast at South Sheilds.

 All followed by the marathon task of getting back to the car somewhere near the start line in a time that is equal to or less than the time it took me to run the world's biggest Half Marathon.

Again I am running to raise money for Leukaemia Research, this is the third year running for them, and I'm looking for you all to dig deep in you pockets and sponsor me online. Remember this also gives you the chance to force Gordon Brown to dig deep in his pocket too to the tune of 28% of your total donation....now doesn't that feel good to?!??!?!?! and you don't have to run to do that :)
