We are taking part in the National Deaf Children's Society's Big Walk Forward in London on 5th July 2009. This is to raise money for the NDCS but most will be assigned to the local Kent Deaf Children's Society which works hard to improve the rights and lives of children with any degree of hearing impairment.

Our son Samuel who is now 2 1/2 years old was born with Down Syndrome and is also hearing impaired. We have found the local KDCS to be a great support.
