This Sunday Steve, Angela & Charlotte Bentley have been given a last minute opportunity to join the Queen's Guide to the Sands on an 8 mile sponsored walk across Morecambe Bay.

This is not just any walk, the route will take us across quick sand, fast tidal currents and at times chest high water.

We are looking to raise funds in memory of Bernard Devlin our brother in law who died less than two years ago at the age of 42 from Cancer.

The East Lancashire Hospice was a great source of support to Bernard and his family at the time and has continued to be there for his wife and daughter.
