Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.

Against my better judgement, I have decided to run the Great Manchester Run in 2009.  So, I will be putting my trainers on as often as possible (although whether I will actually do any running in them is another thing.)

I am running in aid of Heartbeat which is a North West charity providing rehabilitation for people who have long term cardiac problems. 

I will need lots of motivation to keep me going over the next few months and certainly over the 10km course.  Any donations you could make would really help to spur me on in order to raise as much as possible for this very worthy cause.
