Thanks to everyone who has sponsored me so far, as you can see, just under £500 for Kent Air Ambulance - yeehah! 

I missed my darling whilst doing the run and despite a lack of proper training - I did it faster than 2008 by 7 minutes, so very pleased and I had a "toilet stop".

Isn't he gorgeous - yep and to think a lorry driver tried to take him away from me!  He's a walking, talking miracle (albeit a little slow at the moment!).  He says, it's because it was only a softy "southern" truck!  Bless him.

We've donated a photo and photo journal to James Hora Home and wanted to also raise funds for those paramedics that saved Rick's life!  They are wonderful people and don't get the credit they deserve!  Please please dig deep and sponsor me to complete the Great North Run (13.1 miles!) in honour of Rick's life and the paramedics that made it happen.
