<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">I was inspired to write ‘Angel of Mine’ song after the loss of a close friend who died too young. Once I discovered the Keep a Child Alive charity I found a way to take a sad experience and turn it into a positive situation that could help others. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">In the UK many people think HIV and AIDS has gone away. We take for granted that people have access to treatment, education and good nutrition. But for the majority of people living in poorer countries this simply isn’t true.</span><span style="font-size: 12pt;"> </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">My goal is not only to raise £20,000 to support Keep a Child Alive projects but also to increase the profile of the fantastic work the people within this small charity do every day. I hope the great British public will support me in doing this. </span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><strong><span style="font-size: 10pt;">About Keep a Child Alive</span></strong><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><br /> Keep a Child Alive provides treatment, care and support to children living in Uganda, Rwanda, South Africa, Kenya and India. Although there is currently no cure for AIDS, today there are life-saving drugs available that can keep HIV infection at bay and prevent the onset of AIDS. For those who get access to this treatment it can mean the difference between life and death. But despite the availability of these life-saving drugs only around one-third of the people who need them have access to them. Keep a Child Alive provides HIV treatment, nutrition, shelter and education to children and their families affected by AIDS. </span></p>
