My story

Last year we raised almost £800 for Angels when a team of us completed the Letchworth Garden City Charity Walk. Parents, children and friends joined in, it was a beautiful day and we had great fun. The money we raised paid for the children's summer trip to Wicksteed Family Theme Park.

Are we mad, yes we must be! as we are doing it again this year and hoping to raise the same amount of money (if not more!). That's why we need you to come along and join us - the more the merrier! If you are interested in joining in go to our webiste at www.angelssupportgroup.org.uk so that we can register you.

The course is approximately 14 miles. Most of the route follows the Greenway with good signage and offers many fresh views of the landscape and points of local interest. The Greenway is mostly off the roads, making it suitable for children.

If you can't join us on the day, please do sponsor us. Of the money raised 25% goes to the Rotary Club of Letchworth to be spent on local charities, and a whopping 75% goes straight to Angels.
