NET Patient Foundation - Windsor Great Park Walk · 5 May 2009

Neuroendocrine Cancer UK exists to support and inform patients and families from diagnosis, enabling access to the best care and treatment, whilst stimulating Neuroendocrine Cancer research, increasing national awareness, and influencing improvements in outcomes.

Story

I am hoping to raise £15,000 by organising a sponsored walk in Windsor Great Park in aid of the NET Patient Foundation. This is the charity associated with patients who suffer from my condition known as NET. Neuroendocrine Tumour is the umbrella term for a group of relatively rare cancers, often called the 'quiet cancers'. The aim is to assist the foundation to publish a handbook about the disease which will help patients when first diagnosed understand more about these complex tumours and the various treatment options.

Thank you for visiting my page and I can assure you that your contribution will be greatly appreciated.
