On 27th June 2015 Anna & Lisa will be joining thousands of others in 'Round the Island Race' Isle of Wight. There will be over 2000 yachts entering this race. For amateurs if all goes well it should take approximately 8-9 hours to complete. We have already been told sea sickness is highly likely therefore it is going to be very challenging. Anna will be taking part in the actual race while Lisa will be doing some gruelling tasks on land for the duration of the race. (So hopefully Anna isn't too slow)

We are doing this for a very good cause and one close to us both 'Keech Hospice Care' They provide emotional and practical support for adults and children diagnosed with a life limiting condition. The government only offer a limited financial support to UK hospices, meaning that Keech Hospice needs to raise around 80% of its cost through charity and fundraising donations like this. 

We are asking as many people as possible if they will kindly sponsor us. Our target is to raise at least £800. We would both be very grateful for any sponsors we receive.
