Dear Friends,

Just over a year ago Luisa died tragically from an illness that sprang out of nowhere. She was a wonderful, vivacious, enchanting child whom at just 3 and a half years of age had barely lived but had made an unforgettable impression on us all.

I want to celebrate the short life of my neice and Ugo & Carrie's beloved daughter by raising money for Sparks so that other children through their valuable funding of research can have the chance of a full and wonderful life.

I am therefore undertaking two challenges:
Cycling from London to Champagne! (don't smile...I know I like Champagne but its a very long way and extremely hilly) on the 11th of September and...

Digging out my retired marathon running shoes and attempting the London Marathon next year on the 26th of April. Do come along and support me I need all the help I can get!
