My friend Marie and I are taking part in this year's Midnight Walk on 28th June to support the local St. Luke's hospice.

The walk is the distance  of a half marathon (just over 13 miles), from Reasheath College in Nantwich to Bannatyne's Health Club in Crewe and back again.

I need all the support and encouragement I can get and the cause certainly deserves it, so please dig deep.
