yesterday was a fantastic day and i'm very pleased to say i finished in 3 hours 25 minutes...

and i'm really close to my target for the lata foundation which is even better news

i'll definitely be running another marathon this year though as i didn't meet my target - i was on for a 3 hr 15 time until about mile 15-16 when one of the muscles in my leg decided it wasn't happy!  not ideal and pretty damn painful but all the sponsorship, crowd and runner support, and determination helped me keep on running...
