PRICELESS.

Subtract the 4 minutes I needed for an urgent loo stop ...  I've already set my next target of hopefully well under 4 hours for the 2008 marathon.

I chose Cancer Research UK for very personal reasons - so this was a real challenge for me as well as a chance to give something back. 

What spurred me on was everyone's generosity and belief that I could do it.
