I expect you are surprised to see me actually entering for a marathon when I said I would never run more than a 1/2 but I've had 2 good 1/2 marathons in Prague and Cardiff so I thought I would take the plunge.  It was either that or go back to work!!

I think all of us with healthy children, in between the nagging and the shouting, do say to ourselves how lucky we are that our problems are limited to whether we can keep up with our kids on their new bikes or stand the cold by the rugby pitch.  So when I did decide to run a marathon it wasn't difficult to choose CHASE, who support children and their families when they are faced with the tragic circumstances of life limiting illnesses.
