Tijen and I will be doing the South Coast Sprint Triathlon at the end of August. It takes place in Seaford and we will be doing a 750M sea swim, 20K bike ride and a 5K run. Some of you may find this funny, if so please feel free to come and watch!

Salisbury hospice has looked after my Dad in so many ways for the recent months. It is a lovely place with such caring people. Dad spends peaceful time painting and making all sorts of gifts which he loves, and he is surrounded by understanding and special people. Mum and I think they are amazing. They truly are dedicated and kind people. Any donation to this wonderful place, however small or large would be incredibly welcome.
