Hello!  Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.

One crazy night I agreed with Lesley to join her in cycling from London to Paris!  (That would be 320 miles over 4 days - day one being the longest at 95miles...)

Never having really done any exercise in my life, and not owning a bike, it was perhaps an interesting choice. 

Looking for support amongst cycling friends all I got back was advice to not do it - deny all knowledge of ever agreeing.  I couldn't do that, there was something about the idea that excited me - something to challenge me, something different to do, and something to focus on.

But - I still need your help!  With your kind fundraising support I know I will find the motivation I need to reach the Eiffel Tower - and probably more importantly to get out of bed and train between now and then! 

And don't forget the good cause - which is obviously close to my heart.  I work with an amazing group of people whose drive to give patients the best possible care and treatment is inspirational.  The money raised will give them the opportunity to ensure innovation can continue and those extras are possible - such as the recent addition of play stations at all beds in the child liver ward!
