I'm cycling 350 miles from Portsmouth to Dunkirk round the WW1 Battlefields in aid of Help for Heroes in a few weeks time.

 

Yes, it's going to hurt.  No, I haven't trained much.  And no, I am not doing it on my £30 bike I bought off Gumtree, thankfully I have a real bike (pictured left).
