I am taking part in an Abseil down the North Stand of Manchester United's Football ground on Sunday 21st September 2008.

As most of you may know, Francis House is a charity very close to my heart as my best friends son Aiden Darby went there, Aiden had Cerebral Palsy, sadly Aiden passed away 29th January 2007 aged 14.

Aiden went to Francis House alot and they were incredibly supportive to Aiden's family when he passed away.
