Hi everyone

I'm soon to jump off the top of a tall building - aarrgh!!!!!   And all in aid of charity.  To be fair, I will have a rope attached so SHOULD be safe! Yep, I've somewhat reluctantly agreed to do a sponsored abseil.  I'll be supporting two charities, the main one being:

FRIENDS OF MENTAL HEALTH - with 70% of proceeds going to them, and also The Kent & Medway Walking Bus Group - with 30% going to them.

THE FRIENDS OF MENTAL HEALTH is a charity which supports and befriends people with mental health problems both in hospital and in the community and desperately needs your support.

I only have a short time to raise the sponsorship - D Day in Sunday June 7th - so please, please sponsor me.  With the right support at the right time, people with mental health issues, can, and do, lead full and successful lives, but mental health is not a popular cause and needs much more support - so any amount you can give, be it large or small, will be gratefully received.
