This year, I shall be walking/crawling/collapsing the Adidas Women's 5k challenge on Sunday, 7th September 2008, joined by my sister, cousin, two daughters (Sarah and Katy) and various other friends (under the banner "We are Family etc" - look out on the TV for our t-shirts which we hope to have printed).  We're raising money this year for Heart Link.  This charity provided so much support which helped one of Sarah's close friends and her beautiful little baby, Lola Singleton, last year.

Lola was born with an incurable lung disease and, sadly, she went back to play with the angels after a brave 20 days fighting for her life.  She will always be in our hearts and Heart Link is the perfect way of helping to keep her memory alive.

By raising funds for equipment and facilities, along with support for other families who are going through the unthinkable, Lola will shine on - so please dig deep ...
