Great Curry Run · 25 April 2015

We exist to give a lifetime of support to the wider Army family, regardless of where or when a soldier served. We act swiftly and efficiently in providing support in the form of grants to those who find themselves in real need. We also provide grants to charities who support the wider Army family.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

This is our second year of doing the curry run at Annie's school, St George's, how ever last year we each only did 4km which certainly for Eddy isn't very far. However for Annie it was a big challenge as she really wasn't very keen on running last year however she still gave it a good go. This year she has got to enjoy running a bit more and is going to the 5km. Eddy has decided to give him self a bit more of a challenge  by doing the 15km which we will all agree is a very long way! we have already started training and we are both enjoying it! 😃

We will both be training really hard so to do really well in this event! 👣👟

We would really appreciate any donations for this very worthy cause.

What the charity does:

'ABF The Soldiers’ Charity are for soldiers, for life. We provide financial assistance to all soldiers and their families when in need. Even when a soldier leaves the Army they are still part of our family and eligible for our help. The scope of our work is huge. Half of our money is given direct to individuals to help in areas such as debt relief, mobility assistance, education bursaries, carehome fees and respite breaks. The other half is given as grants to other charities.'

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity. So it’s the most efficient way to donate – saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
