I chose to run for this charity because through work I got to know the parents of Jemma who sadly passed away in 2005 at the age of 21 years. Jemma was affected by Primordial Dwarfism.

Walking with Giants Foundation is a relatively new charity which did not exist in the UK until 2008. Sadly this came too late to help Jemma and her parents.  Now, her parents spend many hours fundraising for this very worthwhile cause so that other children and their families will have a more fulfilled life.
