Once again I have been training hard to complete the Womens 10K this May.  Hopefully this year I can beat my target time and raise more than the £180 I raised last year.

This is the picture of my dad and I when we visited Barcelona.  Not long after this photo was taken he was diagnosed with Lung Cancer and sadly he passed away .  This was 5 years ago.  Maybe if more money had been raised for research into Lung Cancer he woud still be here today and would have been with me on my wedding day.
