I ran the Great North Run in 2 hrs 9 minutes and 31 seconds...

A N D  on Friday, I'll be doing the W2W (Walney (near Cockermouth) to Wear (Sunderland) - Cycle Ride - this starts on the West Coast and goes up over the Pennines via the infamous Tan Hill Inn (Britain's highest pub).

It would be great if you could sponsor me using this!
