Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
I am running Snowdonia Marathon in October 2010 to raise vital funds for the Parachute Regiment Charity.
I have chosen this charity as I was deeply inspired by wounded and exceptionally brave Paras that I met at the recent Paras 10 event in Catterick.
We hear every day about the horrific losses sustained in the conflicts that these heroes are fighting around the world.
However, it gives a much deeper impact when you see these wounded heroes first hand. Their lives and dreams shattered while bravely fighting for our country.
The Parachute Regiment Charity supports serving and retired members of The Parachute Regiment and Airborne Forces, and assists the wounded and the families of those who are killed in service. http://paracharity.org/
