Hi folks,

Having taken part in the cycle phase of last years London Triathlon ( see my pic!! ) I decided I enjoyed it enough to try the whole lot this year (mad I know!!!!). As my Gran suffered from a stroke I felt it appropriate to back this great cause, especially as it's the 3rd biggest killer in the UK, with 150 000 people suffering from one each year.
