Hi folks,

Having taken part in the cycle phase of last years London Triathlon ( see my pic!! ) I decided I enjoyed it enough to try the whole lot this year (mad I know!!!!). As my Gran suffered from a stroke I felt it appropriate to back this great cause, especially as it's the 3rd biggest killer in the UK, with 150 000 people suffering from one each year. So please donate what you can to help.
