Hi,

On the 24th October i'll be attempting to trek Mt Kilimanjaro, the highest mountain in Africa with a summit of 5896M (19,344ft).  The aim of the trek is to raise money on behalf of the charity CHICKS. 

This is going to be the most physically demanding thing i've ever done and certainly far from a sure thing.  I've a couple of months of hard training ahead of me but i'm really looking forward to the climb... that was until I was send this. (Thanks Tony!)
