On Sunday 12 July 2009 Beale and Company’s and Beale's Buns of Steel member ‘Sore Buns’, or Antony Smith as he is better known, is taking part in the gruelling Iron Man Challenge in Zurich, Switzerland.

 

The Iron Man Challenge takes the form of (wait for it):

-3.8km swim

-180km cycle ride; followed by…

-42.2km run (a full marathon).

All to be completed, back-to-back, on Sunday.
