Yesterday I managed to ride 27.5 miles. Still a long way to go but going in the right direction. I hope I can keep going and get closer to 60 miles before the big day.
I started my training properly last weekend; a 20 mile ride into / around London. That is only a third of the ride distance and my legs were agony afterwards. I have just over seven weeks until the big day. Please sponsor to help motivate me and raise money for a great cause.
