I'm raising money for Coeliac UK, as my 10 year old daughter Nia was diagnosed at the age of 5. It took a long time for us to get our diagnosis and very few family and friends realised that she'd have this for the rest of her life. She's faced her challenges with courage and determination. She's adapted to her new way of living, even though she misses her favourite `chocolate eclairs'!
