In just over two weeks, the comms dream team will attempt a 45 mile cycle from Buckingham Palace to Windsor Castle to raise money for the Prince's Trust.

Our summer has been spent cycling to work, spinning at the gym and giving up the sugar.....yeah right, who are we kidding?! We are now in full on panic mode to get ourselves ready for a mammoth cycle...and we are terrified!
