I'm raising money to help support health and development work with some of  the poorest people on the planet. INF helps Nepali people affected by TB, leprosy, disability, HIV / AIDS and drug abuse, facilitates development among poor communities, runs medical camps and provides medical training.

Two of my friends spent 4 years working in Nepal with INF and I'd like to support this great work.

In August I hope to cycle 1500km from Shimla over the highest road in the world at approx 5600mtrs to Srinigar in Kashmir with 3 friends. I would ask if you sponsor me or just give a donation so that I might use the trip to benefit other less fortunate people who rely on people like Alastair and Fiona.
