Story

ArchitecturePLB are celebrating 40years, as part of our celebrations we decided to set ourselves a challenge outside of the office.

On 17th July the hardy cyclists amongst us rode 78.5 miles between our London and Winchester offices to raise money for Enham. Heavy rain, slippery roads, not to mention a few good hills between London and Winchester tested our pedal power. Ten cyclists started, one visited Guildford A&E after coming unstuck on a steep wet downhill (still smiling with one arm in a sling!) two took the train after their bikes let them down, seven arrived in Winchester in good spirits but with tired legs.

Enham is a charity who we have enjoyed working with and whose aims we have learned about whilst designing their new residential education facility Coopers Chase which opened last week. We'd like to meet our £2500 target - still time to sponsor us. . .
