Well we all managed to bike the whole 26.2 miles today and had a fantastic time.

Thanks to everyone who took part and who has sponsored us for the bikeathon it is greatly appreciated.

 once we have all our sponsor money collected and counted we hope to have reached our target of £5000.

This Donating page is from Portman Travel Northampton who has 23 members of staff and 7 friends and Family who are taking part in the London Bikeathon 2006 and we would like to raise £5000 or more if we can for Leukaemia Research. One of the main reasons for doing the London Bikeathon is recently one of our team members recieved devastating news that his daughter Bethan had got leukaemia.

Bethan whose picture you can see here was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukaemia in February this year so we are doing the bikeathon for her and others with Leukaemia and hope to raise as much as we can to help with Leukaemia research.

We would like to say a BIG THANK YOU to Kwik Drive-Rentals LTD of Northampton who has provided a rental van for the day so that we can get all our bikes down to London.
