Lost in Pace Step Challenge 4th February - 15th February · 15 February 2019 to 28 February 2019 ·

Far too many of us have felt the pain of losing someone we love. With your donations, we power groundbreaking cardiovascular research to save and improve lives, bring hope to families, and keep hearts beating across the UK.

Story

Thanks for visiting our page. We are raising money for the British Heart Foundation's research and we'd be so grateful for your support. The BHF has helped halve the number of people dying from heart and circulatory disease in the UK but sadly every day hundreds of people lose their lives. It's only thanks to support from people like us that the BHF can create new treatments and discover new cures. £24 could pay for two hours of research by an early career scientist, but every pound helps so please give what you can to help us hit our £600 target. Thanks!

We all work at Thales, and we’ve joined together to raise money for the BHF, by collectively walking the distance around the moon (pretty cool right!?) Our aim is to raise £100 per person in our team (£600 total!) through fundraising (we will attempt some baking) and your generosity.

We think our team name is rather apt, and I'm sure it is something we
will be repeating throughout the 12 days in which we try to cover as
many steps as possible. Our team photo shall be added shortly... we are
in the creative process!

Feel free to join us for photography/waling/hiking/climbing around the Box Hill area on Saturday 9th February, there will be walking, photos, trains and a vineyard! Contact one of us for the specifics - all are welcome! :)

Thank you so much!
